Step 1
Description
Speak to the mechanic at midcamp who will then tell you to find and speak with the linguist.
Step 2
Description
Head over to Splendide Field 34 223 and speak with the Faerie there. Remember to take down what the Faery says. "RLGHLRXLA TKANTLFDMS" "WJACK TNAHRDNJSDMFH " "WLSGHKWND !!"
Step 3
Description
Head over to Manuk field 236 105, and speak with the Tree Giant there. Remember what the Giant says. "TJDTMFJDNS CJFDI" "TKADLFDMF QKATOS" "EKDTLSDML DLFMADMS.." Then return to the Linguist, and tell him what the Fairy and Giant says. Remember to input it line per line.
Step 4
Description
The Linguist will try to figure out the language, speak to him again and ask if he found anything. He will tell you he can't crack the language and asks you to speak with the Rune Midgart Magician in Mid Camp. Speak with the Magician and offer to recover the gems for him.
Step 5
Description
Head back to Splendide field near the Fairy and recover the Red Gem.
Step 6
Description
Head back to Manuk field, and recover the Blue Gem near the Tree Giant. Then return to the Magician with both gems. After the speaking with the Magician, head back to the Linguist. After speaking with the Linguist, speak again with the Schwartzvalt Mechanic outside the building. The Mechanic will direct you back to the Magician who will ask you to look for a special kind of Ore. These ores can be found by speaking with in random spots in any of the Manuk Fields.
Step 7
Description
These ores can be found by finding Mysterious Rocks in random spots in any of the Manuk Fields. Once you've acquired x1 Unidentified Mineral, return to the Magician in Mid Camp. Once the Magician is done analyzing the mineral bring it to the Mechanic. He will need 1 hr. to complete crafting the "Ring of Wise King". Speak with hm againa fter 1 hour to receive the item.
